Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revenos, a decision infrastructure platform for revenue ("Service") operated by Revenos ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Revenos platform, including all features, applications, and functionalities provided by the Company.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Account" refers to the unique account created by a User to access the Service.
• "Subscription" refers to the paid access plan selected by a User to use the Service.
• "License" refers to the permission granted to a User to access and use the Service under specific terms.
• "Evaluation License" refers to a time-limited, non-renewable license issued by an administrator for evaluation purposes.
• "Partner License" refers to an administrator-issued license that may be renewed or converted to a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Service, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

Accounts are intended for business use. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Revenos is a subscription-based software service. Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription unless otherwise granted through an Evaluation License or Partner License.

Payments are processed through our authorised billing provider. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Applicable taxes may be added to your subscription fees based on your jurisdiction.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not retroactively refund any unused portion of the current billing period.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

5. License Types and Access

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are activated automatically upon successful payment. Access remains active while the subscription is in good standing and fees are paid. Subscriptions are governed by the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.

Evaluation Licenses

Evaluation licenses are issued at our discretion by administrators only. These licenses are time-limited and non-renewable. Access to the Service ends upon expiry of the evaluation period. Evaluation licenses may be upgraded to paid subscriptions.

Partner Licenses

Partner licenses are issued at our discretion by administrators only. These licenses may be renewed or revoked at our sole discretion and may be upgraded to paid subscriptions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Violate the rights of other Users or third parties

7. Data and Privacy

Revenos processes business data provided by Users in order to deliver the Service. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.

Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability and Changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. Features, functionality, and user interfaces may change over time as we continue to develop and improve the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of significant changes.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Revenos during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
