Refund Policy

Revenos is a subscription-based software service. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for all paid subscriptions.
1. Billing Provider
All payments for Revenos are processed securely through our authorised billing provider.
Refunds, if applicable, are issued via the original payment method through our billing provider.
2. Subscription Charges
Revenos subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the platform and its features upon successful payment.
3. Refund Eligibility
Standard Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
This applies to:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Plan upgrades
- Additional user seat purchases
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error
- Service unavailability due to a verified technical failure attributable to Revenos
- Other exceptional cases explicitly approved at our discretion
Any approved refund will be processed through our billing provider and returned to the original payment method.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future billing
- Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period
6. Evaluation & Partner Licenses
Evaluation (trial) licenses and Partner licenses are provided free of charge and are not subject to refunds, as no payment is collected for these licenses.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in:
- Temporary suspension of access
- Review of account status
